Same problem w/ my necromancer on my first account. I never play him anymore but hes gotten me through 3 years of game awsomeness till i discovered Elementalist.
now i never use him. now the acoRED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO has become storadge and i need room for more mules but i cant hit that delete.

so i feel your pain. But my suggestion is to either buy a new acoRED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO( i went overboard and bought 2 xD) or pay for that slot. that slot will help w/ alot of heatache. ^_^.

My dervish used to be rather... neglected. Didn't like the guy at all, mostly, because I had no idea what to do with him. Then I dug into the skills, made a suitable build, and he got a lot of work done. By now, he's not played because I don't want to go title hunting with him

I've got an ele I'd like to delete, but she's the only toon I've managed to get through NF (I'm not a fan of that campaign). She doesn't have any maxed titles. She does have elite armor though. I hate throwing away money. At this point, I prefer to do HM stuff and I'm not good with an ele in HM.

I'll probably delete her when I get my rit through NF,which should happen soon.

I hate my assassin, don't really care for my paragon, and my Mesmer is kind of meh. I also have a mule monk. I don't delete them because there is nothing that I would play instead of them, except for warriors, and I already have two of those (and I love both). Mules ftw.

My only non-L20 character is a L15 ranger. But he's the character I play when my brother wants to play GW; the problem is he's not really into GW right now.

Of my 20s, I feel like I want to change the look/name of my assassin but not quite to the point of spending the $ for it. So she's just sitting there... might do it if there's a special on that sort of thing some day.

My lvl 3 paragon and lvl 14 rit. Both of which are still on there repective noob isle. They were create when nightfall(para) and factions(rit) came out and play for about 2 weeks each. Now they are used mainly for storage and getting B-day presents.

My Paragon. I hate paragons, I see their usage and potential, I just don't like playing them.

But there she is. I can't force myself to delete her... so she just collects dust. I've had paragons before I've deleted but I can't force myself to get rid of this one.

had same problem before on my sin. took me a few days to finally delete him. ull notice it reallys gets to u and u feel alot of regret in like the first week. ull soon learn tho its just a game

PS: Can anyone tell me how is the prospect on making a new assassin this late in the game? is there any enjoyment to be found? I find it hard to play assassin previously after they reach lvl 20.. feels like, a huge "okay, now what?" in my head since my main is a warrior and I still need to complete a lot of titles with her.. >_<

Despite being data on a server, I find myself attached to my characters. And why not? For all we know we are all of us just data on a server somewhere.

You don't know how much I understand you! My chars made to play with others are still on pre-searing, and one of the two with no hope to come out sincer her "partner" doesn't play anymore and I'm waiting for someone else. Only a dervish that I never touch, but I am not deleting. Still hoping for a nice derv buff so I can enjoy playing with her instead of thinking hmm my sin can do this better and faster.

Moebius/Blossom is still big, as are Crit Scythe and Crit Barrage (though to a lesser extent with the Sharpen Daggers change).

As you can see from the posts, many people feel connected to their characters and have problems deleting them. The only time it's possible to just wipe out a character is when you don't feel that connection. I'm sure a psychologist/psychiatrist would have a field day with most of us because the characters are bits of our personalities and we tend to look at deleting them as wiping part of ourselves. Especially after they have existed for a long period of time.

So I don't think anyone on the forum can help with your dilemma. Depending on the existence or non-existence of that "connection", you can either easily delete a character or find it impossible to do so. It would be much easier emotionally to just buy the character slot.

I have an Ele & a Dervish that I won't delete, made the Derv for running and the Ele for farming. As it turns out I hate farming and can't be bothered running lol. Nowadays I pretty much only use them when Chahbek Village is the z-mission

Derv because the class is wicked artistically and has the second best artwork in the game imo but sucks in groups.Para because I'm hopeful they will fix it outside imbaspam and I love being a team buffer.

My warrior faced a few rage deletes but seriously...wtf am I gonna GvG with considering my main is now a Sin.
